| Comment: The Dutch are very fond of a combination of goats' cheese and honey, often with walnuts as well. You get it in e.g. salads, toasted sandwiches; it is very nice indeed.
This experiment with the brie-baker turned out pretty well:
1 round of soft goats' cheese
Honey
Broken walnut pieces
Put the cheese in the brie-baker, drizzle over 1–2 teaspoons of honey, scatter with broken walnut pieces, then bake in oven at 180 degrees C for 15–20 minutes.
Eat with crackers, breadsticks, or whatever. |
